We get very excited when we discover new talent, especially when they come from the UK. Metta & Glyde open their account with Tangled Audio in stunning fashion. Cloudburst is the first track on the EP and it's pure power. The Tech/Psy bass line stomps along with beautifully crafted FX hits and atmosphere. Pianos introduce the breakdown that gets really epic as the melody develops. The drop is Tech madness that will smash the dance floors and enlighten the clubbers to these new kids on the block.
Halcyon Daze is up next and is another absolute monster. Cleverly, there are several bass line changes throughout to set the groove, some break beats for good measure and bags of energy. They really know their way around a studio DAW. The breakdown is delicious and has a delicate vocal drifting in and out as a massive lead builds. The drop is peak time Trance at it's best. Stunning debut EP.
