After the success of Cory's remix on TA112, he's got his own Tech Trance EP now. The lead track 'Polls' is upbeat with its rumbling bassline, vocal FX, old school stabs and gated acids. A soft lead hook floats from left to right setting a president for what's to come. A delicate ambience in the break sweeps through the speakers accompanied by pianos and vocals. The drop is back to dark techno vibes of the best kind.
Tektual comes in as the second track on the EP and is a moody tech Trance beast that has a pounding kick and bass combo, is industrial sounding and later in the track has a delicious and dark melody. A real mood setter for the a great musical journey.
Third track 'Empire' is another vocal filled, chunky number with Cory's signature rumbling bassline and gritty techno infused with trance and FX. The lead is brilliantly unique and sets an incredible, slightly sinister tone. Two tech monsters, great EP.
