For Tangled Audio’s fifth release, New York based duo Origin releases a fresh slice of Tech Trance goodness with their latest single, ‘Odin’. With massive releases on Discover Dark, Discover Digital and support from some of the biggest names in the scene, we are very proud to have Origin as a part of the Tangled Audio team.
‘Odin’ is introduced with a dark, gritty bassline, layered with a twisted acid line and some very recognizable vocal chops. A beautiful plucky melody is introduced and effortlessly leads this Tech Trance monster to it’s breakdown which features a gorgeous piano, more recognizable vocal samples and an epic main lead. As the track reaches its climax, Origin’s love of big basslines comes to life with a huge Electro inspired bassline is introduced. Layer after layer of moody pads, dirty acid lines and energetic basslines are brought into the mix before ‘Odin’ reaches the end of his reign.
An epic title for an epic track, ‘Odin’ is not to be missed. Keep an eye on Origin, we see big things in the future for these guys!
