Espen Lorentzen is back with his second original release on Alter Ego, 'Phoenix' which follows on superbly from his debut release 'Heart' late last year! More delicate, sombre yet exquisite tones from the young Norwegian taking you down through some real emotive stuff! In the wings we have two cracking remixes from old timer Steve May and a lad that of late is absolutely on fire, Oza.

Phoenix brings us deep, throbbing and playful undertones with lots of perky stabs and acid licks. This is coupled with some superb melodic finery led by a real heart strings piano line and vocal effort. Another fine display from this young talent, highlighting why he will be one to watch in the coming years!

Steve May makes a very long and overdue appearance with his remix and doesn't disappoint! Deep, peaceful progressive tones from the Aussie with a great groovy, chugged rhythm and grand synthwork snatching the necessaries from the original! Don't miss this one!!

Oza completes the package with a fantastic effort which really conveys why this guy is hots on everyone lips at the moment. We have sadly been informed that this may be his last venture in this style so make sure not to miss this absolute peach.
